Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1. General Principles
The AUP defines prohibited uses of the service. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination, without refund, and reporting to competent authorities.
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities (Examples)
Network attacks (scanning, brute force, DDoS), malware distribution, botnets. Phishing, fraud, identity theft, use of stolen cards or identifiers. Dissemination of illicit content (including child abuse material, incitement to hatred or violence, dignity infringements). Intellectual property violations (counterfeiting, unauthorized sharing). Circumvention of technical restrictions, exploitation of vulnerabilities, unauthorized access to systems. Military or criminal uses, or uses contrary to sanctions and export regimes.
3. Network Protection and Quality of Service
Mirai Societe may apply reasonable protection and mitigation measures (upstream anti-DDoS filtering, temporary rate limiting, address rotation, targeted blocking) without obligation of results.
4. Abuse Procedure and Cooperation
In case of a documented report (abus@), Mirai Societe may suspend the concerned account, collect elements strictly necessary for review, and cooperate with authorities in accordance with applicable law and the NoLogs policy.
